BURPEES: This overall body movement helps in losing thigh fat. Doing burpees in a right way gives you effective results. This is how you should do it: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Your weight should be on your heels and your arms at your sides. Now push your hips back and bend your knees. Lower your body into a squat position. Place your hands on the floor in front of and just inside your feet. Now shift your weight onto them. Jump and softly land on the balls of your feet in a plank position. Make sure that your body forms a straight line, from your head to heels. Now, jump your feet back so that they land just outside of your hands. Reach your arms overhead and jump. Land and immediately lower back into a squat for your next rep.

RUNNING: Running also focuses on overall body movement. Hence, if you want to lose your thigh fat, run for 30 to 40 minutes a day. If you are a beginner, start with brisk walking and then progress to running.

LUNGES: Lunges focus on your quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings, calves and core muscles and helps to tone your lower body. Keep your upper body straight, your shoulders back and chin up. Step forward with one leg, lowering your hips until both knees are bent at about a 90-degree angle.

JUMPING JACKS: This whole-body exercise activates various muscle groups in your body. This is a great exercise to lose your thigh fat. Stand with your feet together and your hands at sides. Raise your arms above your head while jumping your feet out to the sides. Immediately reverse the movement to jump back to the standing position.

06/6Reverse plank


REVERSE PLANK: One of the most effective movements to lose thigh fat is reverse plank. Look up to the ceiling, point your toes by keeping your arms and legs straight. Keep your entire body strong and form a straight line from head to toe. Squeeze your core and try to pull your belly button back toward your spine. If your hips sag or drop, lower yourself back to the floor.
