12-1pm.              Lunch 


3-4pm.                4 bnana + boiled potato +    dahi


5-7PM                 EXERCISE (important)
                PUSHUPS AND OTHER EXERCISE


AFTER EXERCISE ---


4 bnana milk shake  with 1 tea spoon peanut butter and sprouts


9-10 pm.        dinner 


10:10pm.       Milk + weight gain powder 


PROPER 8 HRS OF SLEEP TO GAIN PROPER WEIGHT.
