Khane main bhi sudhar kar liya hain,lenkin raat ko sone ke vakt bohot galat bichar anne ke dohran;ye bohot dino baad baad tuth raha hain.Koi upai batai taki bodybuilding suru kar payu.����

    1. Bhai apne ap ko busy rakna shru Kar and bas ek chiz pr apna Pura focus rak ki body bnani ha .. apna ek goal set kr 2 months ka ki itne time me apne ap ko change krke dikana ha aur Hardin uss goal ko yad kr.. apne ap confidence ayga aur ma motivation videos bhi share krunga vo bhi dekiyo

Thank you gaurav bhai for the advice.I will definitely follow it.but mera problem thora jaida hain.b.chariya koi sadaran baat nehi,sabse kothin kariye toh yehi hain.Toh main arya-brat ke jaidatar video dekhta huu.kuldeep ji ki,amit jii ki aur rahul ji ki bhi.Jaise kuldeep ji ne kuch video main bataya ke b.chariya man ko mar kar or isko niyantrit kar kar hi suru kiya ja sakta hain,Maine waisahi kiya,pranayam bhi karta hu.Lekin problem 2months ke baad se suru hota hain.Raat ko sone ke baad bohot galat vichar ana & rat ko isi-vajaise so na pana.Thora kuldeep bhaia se baat kar ke iska haal nikal ne ko boliye nahh,apke prati bohot greatful rahunga. Thank you bhaiya,aur age se busy bhi rahunga.
